Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders placed on skyzenindia.com are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver products only within select regions in India. You will be notified at the time of checkout if delivery is not available to your location.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, will be mentioned at checkout based on the delivery location and order value. Orders that meet a specified minimum order value may qualify for free shipping.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and product availability. Typically, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or high demand.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Order Delays or Issues
If we are unable to deliver your product due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or any other reason, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery. Any additional shipping charges due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address) will be borne by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. SKYZEN will arrange for a replacement or issue a credit if the complaint is found to be valid.
